Pre-Season Injury Prevention Screening for Baseball and Softball.

A pre-season screening can catch strength and mobility issues before they turn into overuse injuries during the season. Catching these red flags early means we can build a plan to keep them from becoming a problem once the season gets going.

Come see Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists for a free pre-season screen! We love seeing local athletes stay healthy and do what they love. That's why these screens are totally free for any high school or college athlete.
